DMCA Policy

At Spotify Modie (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the website”), we take copyright protection very seriously. We respect the intellectual property rights of software developers, publishers, and creators. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content on Spotify Modie (including APK files, descriptions, screenshots, or other material) infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its exact location on our website (include URLs or page titles).

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe that material you posted on Spotify Modie was removed or disabled in error, you may send a counter-notification that must include:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A description of the content that was removed and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

REPEAT INFRINGERS

We have a strict policy against repeat infringers. If a user is found repeatedly violating copyright laws, their access to Spotify Modie may be permanently terminated.
